My Role as Management Assistant

'As Management Assistant, my daily tasks vary from working with statistics and organizing business travels, to facilitating products and/ or services in the offices. I am also responsible for diary management, and I often prepare the needed documents for my colleagues and customers. I am continuously looking to develop myself, and therefore, I am also working on the marketing of Condor Grass. Creating different content for social media platforms, and using marketing as a tool to promote our company, makes me proud.

Working in a team

Rianne believes that many hands make light work. In other words, collaboration makes the work easier, pleasanter, and nicer.

'Due to my supportive function at Condor, I ensure that everyone can perform optimally at their work. When I can help one of my colleagues, it makes me happy. Every day is a new challenge, in a positive way. Working with people and doing different tasks for them, and being responsible for my daily assignments makes my job never boring!'

My Vision

'Condor (Grass) is continuously looking for improvements of their value chain with innovative projects and promotions, from working with robots until creating and developing sustainable artificial grass.' Condor is always flexible and thinks along with everyone in finding solutions to become a more responsible manufacturer.

'I believe Condor is creating many opportunities for their customers and personnel. I do see Condor as a very professional organization. The size of the company is such, that they offer a real meaning to the local society. Thinking of the number of jobs they create, but also their commitment to people and the environment on the right road to a circular economy. Condor is preparing for the future.'

Rianne, we thank you for sharing your incredible story and the view you have for Condor!
