Certificates A glance at our PROVEN quality

Many of our companies and products hold multiple (sustainable) certificates. These internationally renowned certificates are independently assessed and cover environment-related aspects, as well as the health and well-being of customers and employees. The certificates below have been obtained within Condor Group; some for a specific product or industry, others apply to all products. Our representatives can tell you more about them.

Eurofins Gold

The Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold is Eurofins' highest achievable label indicating whether a product meets low emission requirements. It is also used as proof to show that a product contributes to a healthy indoor climate. We also have this certificate specifically for products. Der Blauer Engel

The Blue Angel has been the German government's environmental label for over 40 years. It is the world's first and Germany's best-known eco-label. It identifies products and services that are more environmentally friendly than conventional products and services. The purpose of the eco-label is to provide private consumers, institutional bulk consumers and public institutions with reliable guidance on environmentally conscious purchasing. Currently, more than 20,000 products and services from over 1,600 companies have been awarded the Blue Angel.

Member of the DGNB

The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is the label for Sustainability within the construction and real estate sector. It is an organisation that we as Condor Group are members of in order to develop solutions for a sustainable built environment together with stakeholders within the carpet sector.

GUT

Whether a carpet meets various environmental requirements during production can be proven with the GUT certificate. We have this certificate for every product.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the international standard for a good environmental management system. This certificate supports a company for developing an environmental policy and implementing it.

ISO 9001

A quality management system can be certified through the ISO 9001 certificate. It provides insights into how business processes can be continuously controlled and improved. A number of our members have obtained this certificate.

CRI Green Label Plus

This certificate was developed by the Carpet and Rug Institute (GRI) to test carpets against strict criteria for low chemical emissions. The Green Label Plus indicates that our products have low emissions.

TÜV PROFICERT

Several VEBE qualities have been awarded the TÜV PROFiCERT - product certificate. This certification provides information about the products and their production with health and ecology as starting points.

REACH

All our products contain no substances and materials that could have a negative impact on the well-being and safety of users. That is why all our grades comply with REACH directives. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. This means that a carpet in your living room does not contain any chemicals that could be harmful.
